Casablanca Sicily

In the baroque heart of southeastern Sicily, nestled in the UNESCO-listed town of Scicli, Casa Blanca is more than a place to stay. It’s a love letter to design, film, and slow living — a curated home for those who see beauty in every detail.

Casa Blanca is located in a historic stone house carved into the rock, composed of three distinct apartments — Blanca (55 m²), Gui (55 m²), and Vinci (35 m²) — each with its own kitchen, bathroom, and private entrance. A shared terrace offers views of Scicli’s rooftops, where films are screened and wine is served under the stars.

Casa Blanca wasn’t born from a moodboard, but from a journey. Our hunt started in Prague, where we gathered many furniture pieces and had them delivered to Scicli (including terrace chairs that are originally Italian). We then traveled across Italy from Florence to Naples, Catania, and finally, Scicli — searching for unique objects and pieces to fill all three apartments.

Complimented by contemporary designer pieces, the interior design feels welcoming yet edgy.
